Slap surgery: Re-tear at 9.5 weeks post-op? 4 Months, 1 Week ago

I had a labral tear that was fixed over 10 weeks ago. It was getting stronger and progressing normally, though I was foolish a few weekends ago and went on a rope swing while tubing, though I tried to hold on and brace myself mainly with my better arm.
It didn't really hurt that day, probably because of the beers, but starting the next day it really started killing me. I stopped my physical therapy exercises to see if it would calm down, and it eventually did after a week....until I did some light strengthening exercises with no weight!
Now it is completely in pain again and I'm really worried that I damaged the repair work and re-tore it.
How strong is the repair work at 9.5 weeks and what is the likelihood that I retore it?
If I just aggravated it, wouldn't it have calmed down by now, almost 2 weeks after the rope swing incident?

Have you talked to your OS yet? My repair was 14 weeks ago. At 12 weeks the therapists got overly enthusiastic which resulted in a probable torn rotator cuff and re-injury to the labrum. (I had three pins put in to reattach it.) That horrendous pain is back, letting me know the labrum is an unhappy camper, although oddly enough it's not started bothering me in the middle of the night like it did before surgery. I saw my OS on Monday. He recommended avoiding any exercise/activity that irritates the labrum. He nixed half the exercises I was given by the therapist for stretch and the rotator cuff.

I have not spoken directly to my OS yet. Unfortunately, I have moved out of the state where my OS is located, though I have called his office and informed them of what happened. They have said to rest it, take some anti-inflammatories, and then try to resume therapy.
I've also initiated getting set up with a new OS here in my new state, though I'm waiting for all of my previous operative reports and MRI films to arrive in town before I can see him.
This is so frustrating and I am so upset with myself for being so foolish. Today has been quite painful after trying to do some light exercises yesterday....not a good sign.
I'd love to hear if anyone had a similar experience at around 10 weeks post-op that had quite a bit of pain and aggravation but did not result in a re-tear.
That would be very encouraging and something that might help my mindset right now.

Please help. Two weeks post op(Slap-Tear, one anchor), I reached for my 3yr old son who was falling off achair and felt a pain in my deltoids. Since then, therapy has been awful. The therapist maintained it was pain referring but normal.I know good pain and this is different.Another therapist has pretty much reduced me to just stretching and awaiting to see what my OS says on Wed.This happened July 6th(Therapy has been a killer since) and I did have xrays done which showed the anchor in place. The OS said it sounded like a Rotator cuff but did no further tests. Anyone suffer anything like this??.
