Creaking and clicking post op 8 Months, 1 Week ago

I had surgery June 1st - slap repair w/3 anchors, decrompression, and debridement of supraspinatus. I started therapy 2 weeks post op and the PT says my range of motion is awesome.
Yesterday, with a different therapist, I think I may have been pushed a bit far and I felt a 'creeking' feeling in my shoulder and have been feeling it today. Kind of feels like a door opening very slowly (if you've seen a scary movie you know what I mean) and it's quite uncomfortable. I can recreate it when I move my arm in the row motion.
Has anyone experienced this or have any idea what it is?

I read this post a couple days ago and spent some time thinking about my personal experience. You might have been pushing against some scar tissue, as I remember doing that around my 5 week mark. At your stage there is still some inflammation making things push around in that joint.

Wouldn't worry too much about it. I'm at 3.5 months and still have slight creaking and snapping on certain motions - I was told this is normal due to scar tissue and my shoulder relearning how to do stuff. If it is not painful I would not worry too much
