Hey guys almost 4 months post op. making progress, but still have poor ROM unfourtunately. This concerns my surgeon so he recommended I use this bracing system that passively, forcing your tissues through ROM's you otherwise wouldn'tbe able to do on your own. Its supposed to be great because you can' see a physiotherapist everyday, but this will stretch it in ways they can ever day.

- just curious, anyone have experience with this? does it work well?

- have you heard of these before, or anyone having success with them? and do you recomend it's worth a try?
