Hey Hawk,

I also tried throwing at 6 months but it didn't work. I think you will see a big difference in a few more months. Between month 9 and 11 is when a saw a huge difference. I still can't throw a ball like I used to but my rotation is better. Do you like to swim? Swimming does wonders for the rotation in the shoulder. Keep the faith!
