Yes, it was an early post by Andy, if I recall. I will look around and see if I can find it. The link was embedded in his note and it was prefaced that it was not for the faint of heart. If I recall, it was a rotator cuff repair, but they found a SLAP tear and did that first. It lasts about 20 minutes just through the SLAP. I've got a few minutes now and will check.
