my daughter had a slap 4 bicep repair with 3 anchors 6 weeks ago. She was told by doctor no running until 8 weeks but started this week anyways she 19 and claims to "know" best has anyone started running before they were suppose to and will it hurt it worse? she says it doesnt hurt, but I dont know? Dont want her to do damage to it.
