  • Shoulder Rehabilitation

    The shoulder is made up of the three sections of the deltoid and the four muscles that meet to form the rotator cuff. These are the infraspinatus, subcapularis, supraspinatus and the teres minor. This section has a variety of exercises designed to target these muscle groups following surgery or for general conditioning. These exercises are not for body building but rather to strengthen the overall health of the shoulder. Some excises call back muscles into play but are all needed to stabilize the shoulder.
