For the first time since the operation I don’t feel very good. This started yesterday, but this is actual pain I’m feeling today. It’s odd too. Have you ever had a joint, where it feels like you need to “crack” it? That’s what this feels like. Obviously, I’m not going to, but that’s the feeling.
It feels like the joint is impinged. I feel tension in my arm, right under the armpit. It feels very tight in the inner deltoid as well. I can’t get comfortable. I’m actually typing from the sofa instead of the kitchen table, one handed of course. Actually as an aside, now that I think about it, most of this website has been created with one hand. Any rate, I had to take the pain meds today, first time in a while. I’m wondering if I “zonk” myself out for a while, it will loosen up. As for what caused it, I’m not sure. My exercises have been going well. It does coincide with me sleeping lying down for the first time since the surgery. I slept lying down again last night, it’s weird because it felt fine. I sense hydrocodone induced rambling approaching, so that’s it for today. I’m going to try to nap for a bit. If it doesn’t at least feel better this afternoon, I’ll call the doc. I’m not too worried as my ten day post op appointment is tomorrow.
