You can actively talk with other members on the site in the forum.

Please post questions, short updates, comments, chatting, etc, etc in the site's forum 

• Click the category you would like to ask questions in (for exmaple: shoulder / General Discussion)
• Click the button marked "New Topic"
• Fill out the new message and click "submit"

If you want to chronicle your experience or just want to tell your story you can start a blog.

First off, you will need a name for your blog.

• Click on “Create Blog”.
• Enter a name for your blog in the box provided.
• Click submit

You can then start to add entries to your blog

• Click on "Write Blog Entry" and the editor will appear.
• Enter a title for your entry.
• Enter Intro Text. A paragraph or two is good here.
• Enter the rest of your entry in Main Text.
• When you are finished writing click the floppy disk to save your content.

It will take a minute for the entry to appear on the site. That's all there is to it!

You can also change the name of your blog.

• Click on "Rename Blog".
• Enter a new name for your blog in the box.
• Click "submit".

You can easily view the link to your blog.

• Click on "What's my blog link?"
• Highlink the link to your blog.
• Click control and the letter "c" to copy your link
• click control and the letter "v" to paste your link in emails or wherever.
