Muscles Worked: This exercise emphasizes the infraspinatus and teres minor muscles of the rotator cuff. Equipment: TheraBand or similar rehabilitation band/cord. Starting Position: Motion: - Pull the band outwards to each side, away from your body, with each arm.
- Your elbows should maintain their positions at your sides.
- Maintain 90 degree angles between your upper arms and your forearms for the exercise.
- Return your arms to their initial positions to complete the exercise.
