Back to strength training.  LOL

At 3 weeks and 5 days, I got to begin strength training with 3 pound dumbells.  Just to have some fun with my PT, I am taking my lifting straps to PT so I can laugh about it.  You have to do something to keep it light.  I am lucky because my PT are fun and good.  They have seen most of the family at some point for injuries and surgeries, so they know us.  Not too many people text their therapist just to chat.  We do.  Had to drop aquatics in school (PE major) because I won't be ready to do any of the strokes in time.  Oh well, will take it next semester.
