Hey guys. I have had two type 4 slap repairs one on each shoulder. I had my last surgery 6 months ago. It went great, felt great the past five months. Didnt rush into any heavy lifting really at all, started very slow and progressed. It was feeling great so I started a little high rep bench press routine 16-16-16-10, 115lb,115lb,120lb,125lb. I weigh 180 and am in greta shape. After a couple times both of my shoulders started feeling pretty bad and has been hurting for a week now. Pinching and burning, loss of strength. Anyoen know what problem could be? My gut is that its just a really bad flare up on both from maybe doing to much. Especially since the pain is equally bad on both shoulders. But I guess i am learning what i can and cant do with these injuries.
Hi, I am almost 9 months and still feel some pinching and soreness after a chest workout. Make sure and warm up the joints before and ice after working out. I have read can be over a year to work out all the soreness etc
