OK, in one week I will hopefully have some answers. I couldn't even walk my dog yesterday, and felt like the arm was going to fall off at the end of the walk. (Husband took charge of both dogs.) I haven't done anything with my horses in months. If there is nothing more to be done, I am going to be just, well, I can't live like this.

This entire horrible experience has driven me to seek care from a "concierge" doctor. You pay a (hefty) fee, and get personal, complete, top shelf medical care. He only has 300 patients, available 24/7, coordinates and facilitates care, even does house calls if necessary, will visit every day if you are hospitalized, etc. I have a physical in a couple weeks that lasts at least 2 hours, to get started.

Meanwhile, leaving for Boston and Dr Warner this weekend.

Thanks Leanne. Doesn't it just figure we got a huge blast of winter today, blizzards and all - the infamous "lake effect." I am a nervous wreck. I am not really expecting him to say I will be good to go with no further intervention but that would be best. What a way to spend Valentines day- although we don't really celebrate such holidays - being together after 30 years is good enough!
