The other day I went up to dunk( with my operated shoulder) and my arm got stuck in the rim. When I was coming down I felt it pop a few time really bad. It is sore right now but the stiffness I had is gone and I can move my arm a lot better. Is this something I should be scared of? When I was up at the rim the popping sounded just like when I have dislocated. I cannot tell if this is something I should get checked out? Or should I be happy about
The latarjet should prevent dislocations. No one other than a doctor can tell if you've reinjured your shoulder. I'd guess that if it's not hurting, you're probably ok. But if you start to experience pain, go get it checked out. How long ago was your surgery?
