      Thanks for your update. Can you please comment on the type of slap repair you had done & if there was biceps tendon (or other rotator cuff) involvement (if so to what extent). Also, how many weeks was you between surgery & your first belay, lead belay, & climb?

      I had one anchor placed around 11 o'clock. No bicep tendon involvement I am aware of, although there is always some because the tendon is responsible for the force applied to the labrum.

      I was told I could begin light climbing at 6 months. I waiting quite a bit longer than that, simply because of school, probably around month 8 or 9.
