      TOPIC: Push/Pull

      So i have been going to the gym for the last 6 days. i have been targeting each body part ie tris, bis, back, chest, shoulders along with 30 mins of low impact cardio. my goal is to lose 30 pounds. i did my back yesterday and realized that i am okay as long as my palms are facing inwards. same thing for pushing exercises also..which goes back to what Andy had said before. for me the pulling exercises leave me sore than pushing. but a little heat is very soothing. I tried using the machines for my back and had to switch back to the bands. Please share your experiences. Thank you.

      Harry, I work out in two days with one rest day. Pretty much of this is on a Bowflex machine.

      Day 1 - Chest, Shoulders, Legs

      Day 2 - Back, Arms, Abs

      I do rows for my back and definately find those to hurt the most. I find the reverse flys have really helped my shoulders too.

      I found free weights to be very helpful. It may seem totally weak to you, but I do chest press with two 20lb dumbbells!
